A new template will be appearing in order to help you create and ask the pertinent questions to the clients before escalating the tickets.
The goal is to simplify the flow of tickets going to them, in addition, by doing so, once we select an issue type and product, it will be able to auto generate a ticket template.

Please note that these templates will not be visible to customers and tickets with incomplete templates will be returned.
