Your CRM has a notification bar that alerts you to things needing your attention. For You is the notification that tells you when a colleague, or Campaign 360, assigns you a task or an appointment — so you find out without anyone having to come and tell you.
In this article we will concentrate on For You notifications.
Why is this important?
If a colleague books an appointment for you or creates a follow-up task, you find out without anyone having to walk over and tell you.
Tasks created for you by Campaign 360 now show up in the same place.
Less depends on you remembering to check your calendar.
How does it work?
On desktop
1 — The For You icon sits in the notification bar. A number on the icon tells you how many new assignments are waiting.
2 — Select the icon to open the list.

the customer's name, and for appointments the role you were assigned to
who assigned it, or Generated by Campaign 360 if it came from a campaign
3 — Select an item to go straight to the lead, with the task or appointment open and ready to edit.
4 — To clear an item, select the dismiss control beside it. It will no longer be visible to you. Unlike the other notification types, dismissing a For You notification affects only you: it is yours, so nobody else's list changes.
5 — To clear everything in the list at once, select Mark all read.
On mobile
Open the notification bell and select the For You tab.
If the app is closed or in the background when something is assigned to you, you get a push notification on your phone. Tap it to go straight to the lead. If the app is already open, no push is sent and the For You icon flashes instead.
To turn push notifications for assignments on or off, go to Settings > Alerts and use the For You toggle.
When you have nothing waiting, the list tells you so.
IMPORTANT: If the count on the icon has not changed in a while and you are expecting something, move to another page or refresh your browser. Your notifications are saved, so moving or refreshing will show anything the count had not picked up yet.
